Information processed at registration
Email and authentication service user identifiers are used for sign-in and member identification. Your chosen display name appears in your account and team membership views. The terms version and review time, privacy acknowledgment, and age confirmation are stored to verify registration conditions and notice history. Google passwords are not collected.
Authentication and service information
When Google authentication is selected, Google and Supabase process information necessary for authentication. Basic profiles provided by the authentication provider may be included in the shared authentication system; REAL VOICE uses the display name you enter. Shared authentication does not automatically grant registration status or team permissions in other services.
Information separate from registration
Survey responses, interview audio and transcripts, and individual study materials are not part of registration information. When those features are provided, study-specific collected fields and processing notices are displayed separately. Registration does not call AI models or request microphone access. Marketing consent is not requested either.
Retention and deletion
Email, user identifiers, display names, and registration confirmation records are retained until account closure is processed. Deletion requests are handled after verifying identity and scope; retention exceptions separately identify the information, grounds, and duration. Deletion from the operational database is not represented as immediate deletion from provider backups. Whether to delete accounts in other services using shared authentication is checked separately.
Processing services and connection information
Supabase is used for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for web delivery. Cookies and temporary storage in the current tab maintain sign-in and registration progress; advertising tracking is not used. Minimal operational records support incident response, but verification codes, tokens, and registration input bodies are not written to application logs.
