Service and registration
REAL VOICE is a service for preparing studies, collecting survey and interview responses, and reviewing collection status and materials. The current scope does not include analysis, reports, or integration with external services. Registration completes after account authentication, reviewing the service information, and entering a name. Research management accounts are intended for people aged 14 or older. Study-specific participation information and consent are handled separately.
Accounts and teams
Authenticate with a Google account or email address you are authorized to use. You may use a nickname instead of a legal name. Creating a team makes you its owner; accepting an invitation joins the team with the disclosed role and data access. Registration alone does not grant access to other teams’ materials. Protect account access information and do not access other people’s accounts or materials without permission.
Materials and responsibilities
Rights in submitted materials remain with their original rights holders. Members must review collected information, participation notices, retention periods, and access permissions and obtain necessary authority. Use that infringes others’ rights or disrupts the service may be restricted. Reasons and contact methods will be explained; urgent security measures may be taken first.
Fees and changes
Registration alone is not agreement to payments or additional charges. When paid features are offered, prices, scope, cancellation, and refund conditions will be separately explained. Important service and terms changes will be announced before taking effect, with necessary confirmation procedures.
Leaving and contact
Request account correction, deletion, account closure, or service support at simonwest.research@gmail.com. After verifying the person and target materials, we explain the outcome. Other team members’ materials and legally retained records are distinguished by scope and reason. Users’ statutory rights are not restricted.
